Headline Madness is about all the news updates we receive while using social media. Twitter is almost like a constant news feed. Your own Twitter will be specifically tailored to your personal preferences and who you follow. Headline Madness shows the constant updates and breaking news that are always showing up. It highlights the need to feel ‘alert’ or ‘updated’ at all times. Sports is one of the biggest industries that many Americans base their lives around. Most people have their favorite sports and sports teams, which means all those people want updates and news about their teams as well. Headline Madness will allow you to see a Twitter news feed of all things sports. 

Personal statement:

“I chose to do this project because I enjoy sports. I like many kinds of sports and teams within those sports. My personal Twitter is always just a constant flood of news on all my teams I follow. There are good, bad, controversial, and heartwarming stories in sports, and I think that’s why I enjoy it so much. It’s a diverse industry that lets people support their fandoms.”
